There is also no zip, which is always a bonus from the sewing point of view. And this pattern includes pockets, an essential in clothing.
In the tutorial you will find below, I will teach you how to create the paper pattern from scratch, so this tutorial is completely FREE!
All you will need to create the skirt is some dressmaking fabric, (I like to use viscose) some interfacing, your general sewing equipment, and metal grommets. The grommets are not a necessity for this pattern, but I love using them as they give a neat and professional look to the skirt. But do not worry if you do not have or have never used grommets, because I teach a separate way in the tutorial that does not use them.
